Come listen, enjoy and experience the Caribbean sounds of Mosaic Steel Orchestra (501c3). This event is part of a year-long celebration of Mosaic's 10th Anniversary of serving Hampton Roads. See local community performers of all ages as they help raise funds to buy steel drum instruments and supplies for after-school steelpan programs.
